Read the gradebook
Open a course you teach and choose Gradebook in the course sidebar. The Grades tab shows:- One row per student, sorted by last name.
- One column per assignment, with its total points under the title. In weighted grading, each column also shows its category.
- Total, the student’s running result with a letter grade from your school’s grading standards. Items with no score yet are left out of the total until you score them.
- Final Grade and Comments, for the official course grade.
- A Class Average row at the bottom, and counts of students and assignments below the table.
