School-level feature — managed within your school portal at
yourschool.deandesk.com.Account sections
The account area is organized into grouped sections in a left-hand menu. Which sections you see depends on your role and your school’s configuration.Your school controls which sections appear. Admins can hide My Profile, My Family, My Transcript, Assigned Forms, Payments, Payment Methods, and Billing History school-wide from School Configuration, and some subscription plans limit the account area to a smaller set of sections. If a section listed above is missing, your school has turned it off.

The My Family tab
My Profile → My Family is the hub for household management. It has up to three tabs:- Family & Linked Children — your own account details, any linked parents or guardians, and a Children list showing each linked child’s name, email, username, date of birth, and grade. Parents can unlink a child from this list.
- Child Applications — create and track admissions applications for your children. See Admissions for the full application flow.
- Volunteer Hours — log community-service hours and track your approved total. This tab only appears if your school has volunteer hours visible. See Volunteers & volunteer hours.
The parent dashboard
When your account has parent access — typically once you have linked children with an approved application — your main Dashboard gains two parent-specific sections:- My Children — a card for each child showing their course count, assignments due, and a View as [child] button.
- Children’s Progress — a compact per-child summary of courses, grades, attendance, and upcoming assignments. Expand a child’s card for details, or click View All to jump to My Family.
Viewing the portal as a child
