DeanDesk has two workspaces: institution-level management at deandesk.com/dashboard and school-level portals at yourschool.deandesk.com. Read Institutions & Schools to understand their accounts, roles, and entry points.

Video walkthrough

This walkthrough uses the real DeanDesk interface with the fictional Northstar Academy demo school and a calm, AI-generated English voice. Payments and outside services are not connected in the demo.
DeanDesk brings admissions, courses, student records, billing, communication, and community operations into one platform. Your institution owns one or more schools. Each school has its own portal, Users, settings, and academic data; institution staff manage shared organization work from the institution dashboard.

Start with your workspace

Quick start

Create an institution, choose a plan, and provision your first school.

First login

Enter a school portal and understand your available tools.

Manage schools, branding, public navigation, and organization settings.

Your account and family

What DeanDesk includes

Available features depend on your subscription, your school’s starting point, settings, and account permissions. When you create a school, you choose a starting point: child academy, adult course catalog, family and adult classes, academic institution, services and events, or admissions only. Check DeanDesk billing for your current plan and usage.
