# Zoom & Google Calendar

> Connect your personal Zoom and Google Calendar accounts for course meetings and booking conflict detection.

<Info>
  **School-level feature** — managed within your school portal at `yourschool.deandesk.com`. Personal integrations are available to **admin** and **teacher** accounts.
</Info>

Admins and teachers can connect two personal integrations to their own account:

| Integration         | What it's for                                                                                                                                             |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Zoom** | Schedule and host course meetings — create a Zoom meeting for a course and students get a join link. |
| **Google Calendar** | Conflict detection for [Scheduling & Bookings](/setup/scheduling) — times when you're busy in Google Calendar are blocked from your booking availability. |

Both connections are tied to your individual account, not the school.
